Reservation

Required to reserve the dates and times of the EVENT(S). If the EVENT(S) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, package payment is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to the COMPANY. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the COMPANY’s materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation

All sessions require 50% non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation, This deposit may be used as credit in the future with no expiration.

When scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the appointment time, date, and address. If you chose a outdoor location this information will be in the conversation thread, NOT in the confirmation email.

Please show up to your appointment on time, no need to show up early as this takes away from other clients prior to your session and be fully prepared. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule.

Session

Photographer is not held responsible for the behavior of parties involved with the photography session and that if the desired outcome of the session is not satisfactory because of uncooperative clients, photographer is not liable, and no refund will be issued.

If images are not to your satisfaction because of hair, make-up, clothing, facial expressions or other choices out of photographers control, no refund will be issued.

Sessions will be rescheduled if weather is not favorable including, but not limited to active rain or snow, high winds, smoke, and intense heat or cold.

Capture and Delivery

The COMPANY is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of the COMPANY.

POSTPRODUCTION AND EDITING: The final postproduction and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the COMPANY. The CLIENT CAN NOT place any FILTERS or ALTER the photos in any way.
